Teaching Assistant; Resource Provision

Two Teaching Assistant posts sit within the Resource Provision classroom at Hoylandswaine Primary School, which supports pupils with significant communication and interaction needs. The core of the work is helping pupils build communication, social skills, confidence and independence, using tailored support alongside teachers, families and external professionals. The role suits someone who sees small steps forward as real progress, and it sits in a SEND-focused team committed to inclusion.

Enhanced DBS clearance is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

• Support pupils with significant communication and interaction needs to develop their communication
• Support pupils to develop social skills, confidence and independence
• Provide tailored support so pupils can access learning academically and socially
