Reed Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Training Instructor to deliver practical and engaging workplace training across a busy operational site in the UK. You will ensure staff are competent and confident in safe operation of equipment and processes, while partnering with HR and L&D to support compliance and safety culture.
The role covers forklift, cranes, MEWPs, PASMA and safety courses, with a focus on both practical and classroom delivery and developing training materials.
