Medium sized residential developer who specialise in new build developments covering various area’s in and around London and will be based out of their Buckinghamshire office.

Seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator who has 3-4 years’ experience working on new build residential developments and will work closely with the technical director. Looking for a highly motivated and well organised individual to make the next step up in their career.

You will be working closely with the technical team and other departments during the process of the development including checking and amending the working drawing packages, working closely with the architectural team to ensure packages are delivered on time and liaising with the commercial and production team during the development.

• Work closely with the architectural team to ensure packages are delivered on time
• Liaise with the commercial and production teams during the development
• Collaborate with the technical director and other departments throughout the development process

• 5 years’ worth of experience as a Technical Coordinator with a Residential Developer or Main Contractor
• Degree Qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
• Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
• Knowledge and experience refurbishment and new build projects
• Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
• Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
• Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
• Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Up to date CSCS and SMSTS certificate
