On-Site International are looking for a Senior Authorised Person for a Project in Mainz, Germany starting ASAP Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in Europe - UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU - UK passport holding applicants must have a right to work VISA for relevant country of work.
Rate: €80/hour Relocation assistance provided Duties:
Responsibility for electrical operational safety, switch gear organisation and release processes in the assigned area of responsibility. ensures that all switching operations, disconnections, work approvals, and energizations are planned, approved, monitored, and documented in accordance with applicable safety rules, the Safe System of Work, and compliant procedures Responsibility for the correct application of procedures for: permit to Work, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Control of Hazardous Energies, Energization/Operational Procedures.
Review, release, and technical control of switching instructions/switching programs for HV and/or LV systems. Authorization and coordination of safety-critical switching operations. Ensuring that switching operations are only carried out by suitably authorized persons (APs / qualified persons). Control of planned shutdowns, switchovers, and commissioning, taking into account safety, availability, and project deadlines
Hours:
10 hours paid Monday - Friday 7 hours paid Saturday Duration: 6 months Initially
