Your responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver structural design work in compliance with current codes and standards.
• Contribute to a variety of projects including education (schools, colleges, universities), commercial, residential, industrial, petrochemical, food, and energy sectors.
• Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold high technical standards across projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About you:

• Proactive, self-motivated, and an enthusiastic team player.
• Educated to degree level (BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering); a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Experienced (minimum 3 years) in civil and structural engineering, ideally across diverse, complex projects.
• Working towards Chartered status with a relevant institution (e.g., ICE or IStruct
  
  E).
• Proficient in structural design and analysis software.
• Knowledgeable about current codes, standards, and industry regulations.
• An excellent communicator - both verbal and written.
• A holder of a full UK driving licence.
