Senior Civil Structural Engineer

We are looking for full‑time senior civil and structural engineers to join our newly established and growing team in Sheffield, to support a wide range of new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs and future fusion reactor technologies. You will enjoy cultivating strong working relationships and reinforcing your technical skills and applying your management expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

You will be working a minimum of 3 days per week from a Power New Build office or client office.

Your experience in any of the following would be beneficial to the role but not all are required to apply:

• You have a relevant level of professional experience which could be derived from civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and reinforced concrete), research and development, project engineering or design consultancy.
• You can coordinate across multidisciplinary projects.
• You can lead, undertake, and review design of new building structures, and take responsibility for project ownership.
• You have worked in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power or rail.
• You can work collaboratively from our offices and across our client sites to understand clients' needs and deliver to time, cost and quality.
• You can write bids and tenders to win work.
• You can manage, lead and mentor staff.
