Job Description

The Junior Production Engineer in Sheffield will support daily production activities, building and testing electronic instruments in Sheffield. The role in Sheffield includes visual inspection of PCBs, component-level fault finding, and supporting quality and documentation processes in Sheffield. Working in Sheffield, the Junior Production Engineer will also assist the Service and R&D teams and occasionally collect and deliver parts from suppliers using a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential:

* Attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence

* Microsoft Office skills

* Willingness to learn

Desirable:

* Electronics qualification or IPC-A-610 awareness

* Soldering and electronics manufacturing experience

* ISO 9001 experience
