Support root cause investigations relating to product failures or non-conformances, contributing to 8D or similar structured problem-solving activities.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and audit requirements.
Work closely with production and design teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
Assist with first article inspections, validation testing and new product introduction activities.
Ensure all testing activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the test and quality function.

Experience supporting or participating in quality audits (internal and external).
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good understanding of mechanical testing principles and quality standards.
