• Managing cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for key work packages
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts under NEC contracts
• Overseeing subcontractor performance and payment applications
• Supporting risk management and ensuring strong commercial governance
• Providing sound commercial advice to project teams
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Confident communicator with excellent analytical and negotiation skills

• Experience in nuclear or other highly regulated sectors
• Knowledge of cost management software and digital reporting tools
