Your role as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer:
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will work alongside experienced team members both on site and in the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with ground investigations on site
- Supporting the supervision of drilling rigs and site activities
- Logging soil and rock samples under guidance
- Collecting and recording site data accurately
- Assisting with the preparation of factual and interpretive reports
This role is designed to provide you with practical experience, technical development, and the opportunity to build confidence in a supportive environment.
To be considered for the Graduate Geotechnical Engineer role, you should:
- Hold a degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Geoscience, Earth Sciences or a related discipline (Masters preferred)
- Be enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be commutable to Sheffield and the surrounding area
