Enterprise Security Architect

Location: Hybrid (x2 days from Sheffield)

The Enterprise Security Architect will drive engineering excellence across Dev Sec Ops , Cyber Security, embedding secure‑by‑design principles, standardisation, automation, and Dev Ops best practices. The role partners closely with Cyber Engineering, Architecture, and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable security capabilities across the enterprise.

• Drive engineering excellence across Dev Sec Ops , Cyber, promoting standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Embed security engineering best practices across teams, defining clear processes, tools, and patterns.
• Define security requirements that meet regulatory controls while enabling usability and operational efficiency.
• Design and promote standard build and deployment pipelines across Cyber Security.
• Champion reuse‑first architecture

• Strong Dev Sec Ops
  and security engineering expertise
  , both hands‑on and at design level.
• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading engineering improvement initiatives in complex environments.
