Engineer - Part time

We are looking for a Part time hands‑on Engineer / Engineering Supervisor to join our successful and growing factory team. This is a varied and interesting role and can be carried out on a permanent part time basis with a minimum of 3/4 days a week and a flexible approach.

• Carry out various engineering tasks on a small but expanding dairy production plant
• Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance across production and site services
• Take ownership of engineering standards, processes, and performance
• Manage contractors, projects, and site engineering activities
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and compliance are met at all times

• Proven experience in a hands‑on engineering role
• Ideally a background in dairy or liquid processing
• Strong mechanical and some basic PLC electrical fault‑finding skills would be helpful
• Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing environments (FMCG preferred)

This is a Day‑based role however some flexibility will be required as the site operates 05:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday and sometimes on a weekend.
