Global Packaging Innovator — Sustainable Solutions

• Lead packaging development activities on new projects, providing technical guidance to suppliers, marketing and component & colour qualification.
• Generate innovative design solutions to technical design problems.
• Coordinate and manage delivery of programmes on projects, delivering unique and sustainable packaging solutions.
• Be commercially aware, prioritising the impact of design decisions on cost, consumer and environment.
• Collaborate with team members and convey design and engineering principles, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicate effectively with different departments and suppliers to deliver against project network timings, identify and manage risks.
• Communicate on a wider scale with packaging teams around the globe, sharing best practice and facilitating project development and rollout.

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Engineering of packaging degree is preferential but not essential.
• Creative with ability to think outside the box.
• Logically and analytically minded.
