Matchtech is seeking a Principal Industrialisation / Process Engineer based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes and drive manufacturing excellence. This hands-on role involves managing industrialisation activities across NPI projects and ensuring effective transitions from development to manufacturing.
Candidates should have proven industrialisation project leadership experience, ideally in automotive or aerospace sectors, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative engineering projects.
