- Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Support production teams with troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing issues
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, where applicable)
- Assist with new product introduction (NPI), including process validation and documentation
- Work closely with production, quality, and design engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve KPIs such as yield, downtime, and scrap
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and engineering standards
- Support tooling, equipment selection, and layout optimisation activities
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar engineering role within a production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing techniques
- Good problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use CAD (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferred
