SSE plc is recruiting an FM Compliance Engineer to oversee statutory compliance across its UK property portfolio, including electrical, mechanical, fire safety and water hygiene. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant and resilient buildings by coordinating inspections, maintenance and remedial works with contractors and site teams.
You’ll drive governance, maintain accurate records in asset management systems and analyse risk data to support budgeting and continuous improvement.
