CBRE Local UK is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive works on Heating & Air-Conditioning systems at client sites. You will ensure compliance with service levels, uphold safety standards and maintain detailed maintenance records.
The role requires experience with pumps, motors, valves and cooling towers, plus good English communication and a proactive approach to safety and customer service.
