£48,000 - £52,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance. 37.5 Hour Week. UK & International Travel. Tier 1 OEM Clients. Automotive & F1. Training. 33 Days Holiday and Benefits.
Are you a Commissioning Engineer or similar with the ability to fault‑find automated equipment/machinery looking to work on high‑tech test equipment found within Tier 1 Automotive and F1 R&D hubs?
In this role you will be servicing and commissioning cutting‑edge test equipment used in the research and development of automotive power trains and engines. You will receive training before becoming fully autonomous, with jobs planned at least 1 week in advance. A flexible schedule with 5‑hour flexible start and finish times and no overtime requirement. Expect to be away from home on average 100 nights a year, mostly during the week.
Salary advertised is a guideline for this position. The offered remuneration will be dependent on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
The Role- Commissioning and servicing test equipment across the UK.
- Option to travel abroad to Europe, India or the Americas.
- Expert training to get you up to speed.
- Staying away on average 100 nights a year.
- Car allowance and all expenses paid.
- No overtime requirement.
- Commissioning Engineer or similar background.
- Electrical bias and ability to fault‑find automated machinery, PLCs, or similar such as motion controls or CAN interfaces.
- Comfortable with travel across the UK and internationally.
- Competitive salary £48,000 – £52,000.
