What's the role?The Service Engineer will take responsibility for the repair, maintenance, servicing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment supported by the company at the customers global sites. Key Responsibilities:

Provide frontline product support ensuring customer satisfaction
Investigation of customer issues and development of solutions
Carrying out inspection/checks on own work as it proceeds and ensuring that the equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing back to the customer
Produce detailed work packages including risk and method statements for all work
Carry out site surveys on customers equipment for appraisal / reporting for costings purposes
Liaise with the Service Manager whilst working on overseas jobs
