We are looking for Infrastructure Engineers who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural engineering (or equivalent) and are Chartered or working towards Chartered status with ICE (Institute of Civil Engineers).

In addition to general infrastructure design experience, candidates should have residential infrastructure design experience, including drainage and highway design to adoptable standards (S38, S278, S104, S206).

• Design and prepare drawings for surface water, sewer networks, and external ground levels in the residential and commercial sectors.
• Design and prepare highway designs, including vertical and horizontal geometry, with a focus on highway and drainage design.
• Work with specialist software for drainage and infrastructure design, including AutoCAD, PDS, and Microdrainage/Windes.
• Prepare technical schedules.
• Represent the company at meetings with clients, other professionals, and suppliers when required.
• Ensure project work is carried out within agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure that appropriate service and design decisions are met.
• Communicate with Directors on relevant service and design decisions, ensuring the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.
• Coordinate your work with other members of the project team and keep all relevant staff informed of client matters.
• Mentor and assist Graduate Engineers where required.
• Embrace CPD, self‑learning, and personal development.
• Actively work towards Chartered Engineering status where applicable.
