The PhD Studentship is a collaboration between Jaguar Land Rover and WMG, University of Warwick, focusing on innovative battery pack joining methods to enable easier disassembly and recycling.
The successful candidate will perform FE analysis, prototype builds, and physical testing with guidance from JLR engineers, leading to practical designs for self-locating, stiff modules. UKRI-funded stipend at £20,780 per year for 3.5 years.
