The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out complete machinery strip-downs, rebuilds, and overhauls.
Installing new machinery, including full machine builds from scratch and commissioning.
Performing upgrades and modifications to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and lifespan.
Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime.
Responding to breakdowns with effective fault finding and repair.
Working on DC control systems and electrical installations where required.
Maintaining a wide range of manufacturing and plant equipment.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

A recognised Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance environment.
Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Knowledge of planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance techniques.
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to health and safety.
