Job Summary:
* * AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting all quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:

* * Supervise and manage daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
* Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for project stakeholders.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
* Manage site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and waste management.
* Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site.
* Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, material usage, and labor hours.
Job Qualifications:

* * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer in infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant safety regulations.
* Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
