Water Hygiene/Legionella Consultant

Our client is a leading residential and commercial property consultancy, they implement property and facilities management services across a large and varied portfolio.
They are recruiting for a Water Hygiene/Legionella Consultant tUndertaking legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines, as well as water hygiene duties including water sampling/temperature monitoring. Compiling schematic drawings, documents and reports for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with COSHH regulations / ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 / BS 8580
-1 2019 - Compiling schematic drawings, as well as producing final documents for clients/customers
- Providing recommendations for the elimination, reduction and management of risk
- Collating and producing comprehensive reports and attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports
- Experience of carrying out Legionella risk assessments and ideally from a Legionella Consultancy background
- Suitable experience across multiple sectors is desirable (education / healthcare / commercial etc)
- Suitable experience across multiple water system types is desirable (evaporative cooling / hot and cold water systems / spa's and hot tubs / swimming pools
- An approved Legionella Risk Assessment qualification eg. City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc
- A good working knowledge of ACoP L8, HTM 04- 01 & other relevant Guidance Documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Be fluent in both verbal and written English
This is a permanent Role

Sheffield, Leeds, Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
