Scaler Ventures is a gaming growth platform built to take games from concept to global scale. We operate a group of specialised companies across incubation, publishing, marketing, creative, and IP development, all designed to support founders from day zero through launch, live ops, and long‑term franchise growth.
This role sits within Scaler Marketing, our dedicated performance and growth arm. We partner with studios across PC, console, and mobile to build, launch, and scale games.
If you join Scaler, you’ll work on some of the most exciting new titles coming to market over the next few years, from early access through to full release and live operations.
The role- We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to own paid media strategy and delivery across multiple game launches and live titles
- You’ll lead performance marketing across mobile, PC and console games, working closely with founders, studio teams and internal stakeholders
- You will be a trusted partner to clients, translating goals into clear growth plans and making confident recommendations backed by data
- Own paid media strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, Reddit and other relevant channels
- Lead paid media for new game launches, major updates and live ops across mobile, PC and console
- Translate client goals into clear acquisition and growth plans across paid, product and creative
- Monitor performance daily and proactively identify opportunities, risks and next actions
- Present performance updates and insights clearly to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with creative, analytics and clients to ensure campaigns are aligned and learnings are actionable
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, platform changes and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and external vendors
- Contribute to testing frameworks and experimentation plans across channels, creatives and audiences
- 3+ years experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Strong gaming experience is required
- Experience launching or scaling PC and console games is a strong plus
- Deep hands‑on knowledge of Meta, Tik Tok, Google, Reddit and similar platforms
- Strong experience working with MMPs and attribution tools
- Comfortable owning client relationships and presenting performance with confidence
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working across multiple projects
- Confidence presenting to clients and working collaboratively with creative teams
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a genuine passion for helping games grow
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Comfortable managing large budgets and making high‑stakes decisions
- Outstanding communication and client skills, both written and spoken, to work effectively with all stakeholders
- Able to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans
- Strong instinct for creative performance and testing
- You’ll work on ambitious games with meaningful budgets and real impact
- You’ll have ownership, trust and room to shape how we work
- You’ll be part of a small, senior team building something long‑term
- You’ll sit close to founders, studios and investors, not buried in layers
- Help shape how a modern gaming studio and VC operates
