Our family‑run dealership, a part of the AM top 50, has grown over 60 years and now operates 26 businesses employing over 600 people.

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Sheffield who can work in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

• Work within the Service Advisor team in a busy workshop.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all customers.
• Advising customers on technical queries and issues they may have.
• Serve as the first point of contact for booking vehicles into the workshop and keep customers informed of progress.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and follow‑ups.

• Current valid clean driving licence.
• Strong customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

• 30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), increasing with length of service.

42 hours per week (as agreed with site rota, inclusive of Saturday rota).
