The Role:

As a key member of the payroll team, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and be responsible for delivering accurate, efficient payroll services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, including a range of workplace pension schemes
  • Processing BACs payments on behalf of clients
  • Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs
  • Setting up new payroll clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Handling advanced payroll tasks such as establishing pension schemes, PAYE scheme closures, and payroll analysis
  • Supporting managers and colleagues by resolving payroll queries and preparing accurate reports
