Corporate Finance Executive– Job Specification

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious individual who is eager to progress their career in Corporate Finance, in a role that offers a clear pathway for development. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of Corporate Finance projects while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information accurately and effectively.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Pro‑active, organised and able to manage time across multiple assignments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ambition to support and contribute to business development activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team across a variety of mandates including buy-side, sell-side and fundraising.
  • Preparing robust and well-considered financial forecasts
  • Preparation of company valuations
  • Preparing sales, investment and funding memorandums
  • Communicating with potential acquirers, private equity, debt funders and other key stakeholders

Working Hours

36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
