Sewell Wallis are recruiting a Corporate Finance Associate for an Accounting Firm in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

This firm have an excellent reputation, you'll be joining a fast-paced, forward thinking firm with big growth plans. They are looking to secure a driven qualified Accountant who is looking excel their career in Corporate Finance.

What will you be doing?

Supporting the team across a variety of mandates including buy-side, sell-side and fundraising.
Preparing robust and well-considered financial forecasts
Preparation of company valuations
Preparing sales, investment and funding memorandums
Communicating with potential acquirers, private equity, debt funders and other key stakeholders
Preparing financial due diligence reports

What skills are we looking for?

Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong communication skills, confident speaking with clients and stakeholders
Attention to detail
Commercial acumen
