A forward-thinking organisation in Leicestershire is seeking an accomplished finance leader to manage operations and drive transformation. You will be responsible for leading a team of 10 and ensuring high-quality outputs in finance processes.
Your role includes treasury operations oversight and building collaborative relationships with senior management, particularly the CFO. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with hands-on experience in financial operations and technology enhancement. Competitive salary of £85,000 – £90,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
