What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including commentary, variance analysis, and reconciliations;
• Posting accruals and prepayments, managing fixed asset register and depreciation entries;
• Balance sheet reconciliations, invoice finance facility management, and journal posting;
• Assisting with EU VAT returns
• Providing commercial insight through financial data analysis;

Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant vacancy:

• Confident user of Excel and Microsoft Office;
• AAT qualified or currently studying (study support available);
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and enthusiastic approach;
