• Supporting the team across a variety of mandates including buy‑side, sell‑side and fundraising.
• Preparing robust and well‑considered financial forecasts.
• Preparation of company valuations.
• Preparing sales, investment and funding memorandums.
• Communicating with potential acquirers, private equity, debt funders and other key stakeholders.
• Preparing financial due diligence reports.

• Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong communication skills, confident speaking with clients and stakeholders.
