Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be working with a growing business based in North Sheffield as they look to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a part-time, 6-month contract.

Duties will include:
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Managing expenses and petty cash
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team
  • Filing, Responding to emails & queries
The successful candidate will:
  • Have previous experience in a similar accounts administration role
  • Possess strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Be confident using accounting software such as SAGE and Excel
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
This role offers :
  • Part time hours- 22.5 hours, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8-4
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (Pro Rata)
