Key Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in corporate finance, M&A, or due diligence
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
* Experience managing and supervising staff
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple corporate finance projects
Corporate Finance Associate Director Main Duties:
* Lead corporate finance transactions from start to finish
* Prepare and review corporate finance reports and financial models
* Contribute to business development and corporate finance networking
* Supervise, delegate, and review work within the corporate finance team
