The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors to develop and implement a robust financial strategy that supports the overall business objectives and divisional business plans.  

This role requires strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive financial governance, efficiency, and performance across the organisation.  This is a hybrid role.
** Qualifications*
* • Business Administration Level 4 or  
• AAT Level 2 (or above) in Accounting – preferred
** Key Skills & Competencies*
* • Effective communicator (both face-to-face and written communication)  
• Strong time management and organisational skills  
• Good general IT skills  
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage) and Microsoft Excel  
• Forensic attention to detail with the ability to scrutinise and analyse financial data  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
** Key Responsibilities*
* • Develop and implement the Company’s financial strategy with Directors, supporting divisional business plans and growth.  
• Lead budgeting and financial control, monitoring income and expenditure using RAG reporting to manage risks and variances.  
• Prepare monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasts, P&L, balance sheet and annual forecasting models.  
• Provide financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning to support decision-making and expansion.  
• Improve operational efficiency and review supplier contracts to ensure value for money.  
• Oversee financial operations across all sites, supervising finance staff and ensuring accurate reporting.  
• Manage year-end processes and liaise with external auditors.
