Corporate Finance Manager/Associate Director The Role

Barber McLelland is working in partnership with a highly successful Corporate Finance team based in Sheffield, who are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager/Associate Director who demonstrates the ambition, drive, and appetite to match that already seen within the existing Partnership team.

The firm has developed an excellent network of clients and professional contacts throughout the UK and overseas, resulting in significant deal activity and a strong pipeline of future corporate finance deals.

Supporting the firm's Corporate Finance Partner and Directors, the role of Corporate Finance Manager/Associate Director will assist in managing deal activities, which will typically include:

• Management Buy Out's
• Financial forecasting and building complex business plans
• Fundraising
• Preparing/reviewing financial due diligence reports and presenting key findings
• Business acquisitions
• Disposals
• Company valuations
• Strategic business reviews
• Contributing to business development activities, including deal origination, networking, and attending relevant events to promote the firm

The firm strongly encourages individuals to gain a wide range of exposure and take on a high level of responsibility within deal transactions, however, individuals will be fully supported by a highly experienced Corporate Finance team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA or ACCA from a National firm, an established regional accountant, or a Corporate Finance boutique, operating at Manager level and looking to embark on the next stage of their career.

Applicants will already have a proven track record in corporate finance and will be able to demonstrate the personal drive and ability to contribute to this highly successful business.

• Salary - £60,000 - £65,000
