We are excited to offer a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser opportunity for aspiring financial professionals who are passionate about building a long-term career in the finance and mortgage sector.

This role begins with a 3-month unpaid internship, during which you'll receive full training, support, and sponsorship to achieve your CeMAP qualification, paving the way for a paid position and future progression within our firm.

• Hands-on experience in the industry while you learn
• Ongoing development with a clear path toward full Mortgage & Protection Adviser status
• Build and nurture relationships with estate agencies, introducers, and our internal team
• Conduct 2–3 appointments per day with existing or new clients
• Review and assess existing clients' financial situations and recommend suitable products
• Offer tailored advice on mortgages, protection, and financial planning
• Attend networking events and promotional activities to generate new leads
• Work towards achieving your personal and team sales goals in a target-driven environment

• A positive, professional, and resilient attitude
• Confidence and motivation to build your own portfolio of clients
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a drive for doing the right thing for the customer
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not required
