The role involves building and improving pricing models for motor insurance products, analyzing risk and performance to enhance model accuracy, and collaborating with various teams to support product development. The ideal candidate should have a strong actuarial background, advanced analytical skills, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Programming abilities in Python and SQL are also required.
