Job Title: Workday Finance Systems Analyst

Location: London, Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: up to £70,000 + bonus + benefits

Join a growing Finance Technology team that supports financial operations through smart systems design, automation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key finance tools such as Workday (including Adaptive Planning), Coupa, Boomi, and others — helping drive efficiency and transformation across the business.

• Provide day-to-day support for finance systems: resolving issues, managing releases, testing, and documenting solutions.
• Train users, manage access, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Contribute to larger finance transformation projects including process reviews, automation, and policy updates.
• Work closely with stakeholders, translating complex technical details into clear, actionable solutions.
• Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve how systems support finance operations.

• Experience supporting or configuring enterprise finance systems (Workday, Coupa, etc.).
• Strong understanding of finance processes (AP, P2P, Expenses).
• Familiarity with system integrations and automation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills — you know how to find the issue and fix it.
