Description

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support cash flow monitoring and reporting to maintain financial stability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient financial controls.
• Provide support for ongoing professional development, including study assistance.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Progress towards a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Experience in management accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial information clearly.
• An interest in ongoing learning and professional development.
