They’re now looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their expanding team, someone who’s confident, client‑driven, and excited to grow within a modern, forward‑thinking environment.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality advice while helping shape the future of the mortgage & protection offering.

• Providing whole‑of‑market mortgage advice across a wide range of client scenarios
• Conducting virtual client meetings to deliver tailored recommendations
• Working closely with the support team to ensure smooth application processing
• Maintaining strong relationships with referrers and identifying new business opportunities
• Supporting wider business growth as the company continues to scale
• Delivering exceptional customer outcomes and compliant advice

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage advice, ideally in a high‑volume environment
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulation, and market trends
• Excellent communication, client relationship, and problem‑solving skills
• Confidence advising on complex cases
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and appetite to contribute to a growing business

• Background in scale‑up or fast‑growth environments
• Experience delivering webinars or BD‑focused content
