What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality advice while helping shape the future of the mortgage & protection offering.
Key Responsibilities- Providing whole‑of‑market mortgage advice across a wide range of client scenarios
- Conducting virtual client meetings to deliver tailored recommendations
- Working closely with the support team to ensure smooth application processing
- Maintaining strong relationships with referrers and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting wider business growth as the company continues to scale
- Delivering exceptional customer outcomes and compliant advice
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage advice, ideally in a high‑volume environment
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulation, and market trends
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and problem‑solving skills
- Confidence advising on complex cases
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and appetite to contribute to a growing business
- Background in scale‑up or fast‑growth environments
- Experience delivering webinars or BD‑focused content
