The Role: We are seeking an experienced Chartered Paraplanner who thrives on the technical aspects of the role and enjoys being client‑facing. This is a career‑defining move for a Senior Paraplanner who wants more than just technical work. The future opportunity is to work closely with the Founding Partner to enable them to fully hand over their client bank to you, to allow them to focus more on the management and future direction of the business. At this point you will get equity in the business.
