We're working with an established and growing financial planning practice seeking an ambitious individual to join their team and develop into a fully‑fledged Financial Adviser.
This is not a role where you'll spend years waiting for an opportunity. You'll work closely with experienced advisers, support existing clients, gain valuable exposure to client meetings, and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful advisory career. For the right person, there is a genuine long‑term opportunity to grow within the business and play a significant role in its future.
Alongside a salary of £35,000–£40,000, you'll benefit from:

- Supporting client review meetings and ongoing servicing work

- Progressing towards a broader client‑facing advisory role over time

Whatwill you need to succeed?
- Relevant financial services qualifications already completed or well underway

- The ability to commute to the office on a daily basis initially
Base salary £27,500 with OTE of £45,000-£60,000
