Trainee​/Junior Financial Adviser

This is an employed role, based in the Sheffield area.

We're working with an established and growing financial planning practice seeking an ambitious individual to join their team and develop into a fully‑fledged Financial Adviser.

This is not a role where you'll spend years waiting for an opportunity. You'll work closely with experienced advisers, support existing clients, gain valuable exposure to client meetings, and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful advisory career. What you'll be doing:

• Supporting client review meetings and ongoing servicing work
• Building trusted relationships with existing clients
• Working alongside experienced advisers and learning from real client cases
• Developing your technical and advisory knowledge
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes
• Progressing towards a broader client‑facing advisory role over time

Base salary £27,500 with OTE of £45,000-£60,000
