Tax Advisor

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well established and independent accountancy firm in Sheffield in their search for a Tax Advisor. The firm are known for their ability to add value to their client base, making this role a natural extension of their growing advisory services.

In this position you will work closely with the Tax Director, managing a varied portfolio of clients across both personal and corporate tax matters whilst gradually increasing your involvement in advisory projects.

• Assisting with tax planning and advisory assignments
• Work closely with the senior members of the tax team to further develop your advisory expertise
• Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients and supporting with queries as a trusted point of contact
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns

• Previous experience within an accountancy practice tax role
• Exposure to person and/or corporate tax compliance
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career within tax advisory
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction
