R Collard is looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate Administrator to join their friendly team in Eversley. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience within a growing business, with exposure to sales support, customer service, sales ledger and cash book control.
Key Responsibilities- Post bank and cash transactions
- Process payments and BACS uploads
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Resolving invoice queries and payment disputes efficiently
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Producing aged debt reports and providing regular updates to management
- Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- A professional and customer‑focused attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop within a finance team
- Full driving licence
