Sharp Consultancy are partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit an FP&A Business Partner into a highly visible commercial finance role.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Finance, helping to shape business decisions through insightful analysis, robust financial planning, and strategic commercial support.
As a trusted finance partner, you will play a key role in driving performance, challenging assumptions, and translating financial data into meaningful business insight. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and commercial decision-making, ensuring stakeholders have the information and guidance needed to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:- Partnering with Sales and Operations leaders to drive commercial performance, profitability, and growth.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, ensuring robust financial insight and accuracy.
- Provide financial support for pricing, contracts, bids, and investment decisions.
- Deliver clear reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary to senior stakeholders.
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted commercial finance partner.
- Support month-end performance reviews and financial performance analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic projects and business cases that support long-term business objectives.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering roles.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning expertise.
- Demonstrable experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Evidence of good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
