Business Advisor

• Review loan applications and complete approvals in line with scheme rules, credit requirements, and risk and compliance procedures
• Provide clear feedback on applications
• Help colleagues resolve queries
• Ensure decisions are supported by accurate and relevant information
• Work with the Delivery Manager to oversee team queues and balance caseloads
• Contribute to monthly targets through application reviews
• Support colleagues through one-to-one coaching, peer learning, and sharing good practice
• Identify pain points and improve processes and the end-to-end customer journey
• Support a positive customer experience and contribute to an inclusive, customer-focused team
