Job Description

Ares is looking to hire an Analyst to join our Real Estate Product Management and Investor Relations (IR) team in Hong Kong.

• Support the Portfolio Management and Product & IR teams

• Portfolio Management centered around strategy, investment review, portfolio analysis, internal and external reporting:

• Product and IR duties centered around the execution of live capital raises:

• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting. Candidates should possess a level of experience appropriate to the position’s seniority; for Analyst-level roles, outstanding recent graduates will also be considered

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent numeracy, analytical, presentational, and organizational skills

• Self-starter with inclination to think ahead/always meet deadlines/prepare for next steps

• Capacity to multitask, work independently across multiple projects and thrive in a team

• Rigorous attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Intellectual curiosity and improvement mindset

• Academic excellence, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients at all levels

• High standards of professional and ethical conduct

• Fluent English speaker with additional Japanese and/or Korean will be highly preferred
