Working closely with the CEO, Chair and shareholders, the CFO will play a central role in:

• Strengthening cash, liquidity and working capital management
• Improving forecasting and financial visibility across the business
• Driving greater discipline around project performance, margins and commercial decision-making
• Partnering operational leaders and bringing finance closer to the business
• Leading and developing the finance function through a period of change
• Managing key relationships with shareholders, lenders, advisers and the Board
• Supporting future funding, growth and value creation opportunities

We are looking for a hands‑on and commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable operating at pace and balancing immediate priorities with longer‑term value creation as well as having exposure to cash‑sensitive, leveraged, turnaround or performance‑improvement situations.

Above all, this role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the action — combining strong financial leadership with commercial judgement, resilience and the ability to positively influence people across a business.
