Payward is seeking an Associate on the Corporate Development team to drive M&A and growth initiatives globally. You will lead due diligence on live transactions, organize data rooms, schedule sessions, and draft consolidated reports, while building operating models and evaluating transactions.
You will also manage venture portfolio activities, track KPI updates, and assist with cash flow forecasting for deal-related obligations.
